Hey everyone,
I am excited to announce plans for my second post-Idol album! Over the last several months I’ve been collaborating with some incredible songwriters here in Nashville to develop new material. It’s amazing to have such talented people working with me, and many have said they believe this will be my best album yet.
You all have been such great fans, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without your support. So for this album, I want to do something different and give you the chance to be involved with me from the very beginning. Rather than going the traditional route, I’m coming to you directly to ask for your help.
Starting on August 15, I’ll be launching an online Kickstarter campaign to fund the album. For everyone who contributes to the campaign – no matter how large or small your contribution – I’ll be sending personal messages, pictures, and videos every week to keep you updated on the progress of the album. You will receive a copy of the new album when it’s finished, and there will also be tons of uniquely special rewards given out to thank you for your support.
In order to help this campaign take off, it’s important to contribute within the first couple of days, so if you are interested in joining me on the journey, please mark your calendars for August 15. Once the campaign is underway, I will start posting links to the page where you can read all the details and make a contribution.
