A year ago today, my wife and I moved to Nashville, TN, and I can barely believe that much time has gone by.  I’m truly humbled to have had such wonderful opportunities over the last year, and I’m so thankful to you, my fans, for all the ways you’ve supported me.

One of the many perks I’m enjoying living in Music City is the incredible community of songwriters here.  I’ve been blessed to write songs with some great people, and the joy of sitting down with fellow musicians to weave an idea into a new song never gets old.  One of my favorite memories from last year was taking a trip to the mountains of East Tennessee with other songwriters and their spouses for a weekend of songwriting out in the fresh mountain air.  In fact several of those songs will likely appear on my new album this year.

I am so grateful to God for directing my path and continuing to afford me the privilege of making music for all of you, and I’m so excited for some great projects in store for 2014.
