The moment Scott first appeared on American Idol, he instantly became a pop-culture sensation, known for his vocal and piano talents, his inspirational spirit, and of course his humorous high-five with Ryan Seacrest. Now four years later, Scott’s name is no stranger to television.
On Wednesday night, Scott was mentioned on the season 7 premiere episode of the hit USA comedy Psych.
Shawn: “Remember when the judges on American Idol used the save on that blind pianist who looked like Bruce Hornsby?”
Gus: “Scott MacIntyre wasn’t saved.”
Shawn: “Well he should’ve been. The man sang like a sightless angel.”
