This summer, Scott MacIntyre teams up with Atlantis Resort for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. “Audition Star” is the brand-new week-long experience where up-and-coming talent will have the chance to be mentored by reality singing competition experts while enjoying all the beauty and tranquility the Caribbean has to offer.
Also featured will be American Idol season 2 finalist Kimberley Locke, Ryan Seacrest’s stylist Miles Siggins, Idol vocal coach Peisha McPhee, and Idol musical director Michael Orland. The week will be MC’d by renouned music expert and journalist Fred Bronson.
“In all of the years Idol and shows like it have been on the air, no one has ever been offered an opportunity like this,” says Scott. “We want to help prepare up-and-coming talent to successfully audition for the world’s biggest reality shows. When you know the inner workings of a reality TV singing competition, you have a leg up going in.”
Participants will learn the tricks of having a successful audition, how to identify their own unique musical style, the importance of choosing the right song at the right time, and how to connect with TV viewers.
